Return Policy

We thank you for shopping with us and hope that you enjoy your purchases. We take great pride in assuring the quality of our products. However, we do understand that you may need to exchange for a different size or style. We are happy to exchange your items for alternative styles or sizes at your request.

Followings are conditions applied to our Return Policy:

  • Manufacturer defective merchandise can be returned to us within 14 days of the order date.
  • The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Customers are encouraged to inspect all garments prior to trying them on. Please do not try on garments that do not meet your expectations. If a garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed or tampered with, the garment will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Merchandise not returned in the specified conditions within 14 days of the order date cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs while washing your products. Please follow our care instructions.

How to exchange the item?

If you'd like to return a product, please send us an email (scalamalaysia@gmail.com) within 3 days after you received the merchandise to get the return authorization and mailing address. We will send out the replacement within 3 working days after received your return.

***Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of shipping of the returned items unless the return items are manufacturer defective or our mistakes in size, colour, or others.
