Scala Bio Intl Sdn Bhd is the exclusive online distributors of Scala BioPromise and BioFir Anti-Cellulite Shapewear and provide service to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
- All prices quoted on the site are in Ringgit
- A delivery charge applies
- Delivery only applies within Malaysia
- You have read and understood our delivery information

Delivery by City-Link Express
1 to 2 pieces RM12
For orders of more than 2 pieces, please enquire via our email.
How long does it take to place an order and when will my package arrive?
As soon as you click the Order Now button on our shopping cart and confirm payment, your order is placed immediately. If the order is placed before 3 pm, it will be sent out within 3 working days.
If you opt for Direct Deposit or iBanking, arrangements for delivery will only begin when the transaction is successful.
Note:
In the event that your package was not delivered or not received within the specified time frame, please contact us at 1-300-8000-60 or scalamalaysia@gmail.com within 7 days so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
If the address provided to Scala Bio Intl Sdn Bhd is incorrect, please notify us immediately at scalamalaysia@gmail.com to advise us of the change of address. If the recipient is not at the address you have given at the time of delivery, City-Link Express's standard practice is to leave a card in the mail box or front door with instruction for redelivery or self-collection at the post office.
